Due to our growers’ variable cost in producing the crop, as well as the fluctuating freight charges, our cost to purchase the flowers changes daily. Our primary goal is to negotiate these costs to get our loyal customers the very best price although we cannot lock in a certain price.
Fresh flowers arrive almost every day of the week, excluding Sunday. There is no fixed schedule for shipments, but we receive flowers nearly every weekday and Saturdays as well. Shipments typically arrive before noon and they are caringly processed and hydrated to have ready for sale by the afternoon.
We will always try our very best to hunt down any flower you will need. If we do not have a specific variety or color available in the order form, please provide us an inquiry within the order and we will reach out to you. Our purchasing manager has 30 years in the business and if it is possible to get what you need, we certainly will.
Our store hours are 8am-5:30pm. You are more than welcome to pick up within these times, however we do ask customers to pick up orders before 5pm if possible. Orders do take some time to count, verify and charge. Coming before 5pm helps us get these orders done in time to close our store in a timely manner.
We cannot deliver bulk flower orders. However, if you would like a fresh arrangement, our design department does provide delivery for a wide array of beautiful and popularly priced floral arrangements
It is possible to update or change flower orders. We surely understand it can be difficult to know how many flowers you will need to create your arrangements, so we do allow for one change if needed. If we are unable to fullfill the requested amendment we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any changes we will be able to assist you in.
When picking up orders, we understand if a couple bunches do not make the cut. When talking greater quantities however, it is expected that customers purchase what they ordered.
